To the east, this pristine surfing & swimming beach stretches for miles while to the west the vast World Heritage listed Central Eastern Rainforest is broken only by the majestic silhouette of Mount Warning.

Conveniently situated in the heart of tranquil Casuarina three-and-a-half kilometers south of Kingscliff, Cotton Beach is easily accessible from both Sydney and Brisbane. The journey to Brisbane by road takes just under an hour and the Gold Coast airport is only 30 minutes’ drive away.

Guests of Cotton Beach will enjoy a range of world class restaurants and bars located an easy distance from home along the New Tweed Coast. A visit to the nearby communities of Kingscliff and Cabarita offers the opportunity for laid-back café lunches, famous surf breaks and green open spaces for family picnics. A 25-minute drive down the coast takes you to blissful Byron Bay.
Cotton Beach includes 129 premium apartments. Reflecting its position as Casuarina’s most exclusive residential resort, a porte cochere entrance offers a grand introduction. Guests can relax in the large lobby area before enjoying the picturesque stroll to the apartments via a covered walkway open to the summer’s sea air. Apartments are aligned to maximise internal sunlight and encourage air circulation. Cotton Beach incorporates passive solar design features such as structural materials of high thermal mass, which store heat to naturally warm the building during the cooler months. Kitchen benchtops are Caesarstone complemented by recycled timber breakfast bars, pure wool carpet underfoot and water-based paints; all helping to minimise emissions.

The Casuarina Beach stretches along 3.5km of beachfront. One-third of its 180 hectares is dedicated as conservation and open space, and it is surrounded by the World Heritage-listed Central Eastern Rainforests of Australia.

Cotton Beach Resort includes a heated lap pool, lagoon pool, gym, sauna and restaurant. It’s like a modern seaside community. It has a relaxed air and offers fully self-contained luxury beachside apartments suited to families & couples.
Cotton Beach comprises a variety of 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom fully self-contained apartments in a low rise, three storey building. All apartments feature fully equipped kitchens with European appliances, luxuriously appointed bathrooms, and open plan living areas with spacious balconies and/or rooftop terraces. Ground floor apartments also offer private plunge pools for those who wish to spoil themselves a little extra. Top floor apartments offer additional rooftop terraces with great views sunrise & sunset.

The Northern Tweed Coast have everything you could want and more. Kayaking along the several creeks and wetlands, spotting whales & dolphins, canoeing, beach fishing, tennis, bicycle hire, and surf lessons can all be enjoyed.

There are also many other local attractions to find whilst visiting this picture-perfect coastline. Salty Surfer girls’ school, VE Jet sprint boating, Cooly Rocks On, Green Back Fishing Comp, WSL Challenger Series Events, OAK Berry Tweed Coast PRO etc.

There is also a Greek restaurant on site which delivers the most mouth-watering dishes in a beautifully setting with a relaxing atmosphere.  They can also provide take away if you prefer the privacy of your own apartment.

Local Cabarita Beach offers travelers the convenience of a Woolworths, butcher, chemist, bakeries, bottle shops, surf shops, novelty shops, & a number of cafes & restaurants including takeaway options just to name a few.
The masterplan for Cotton Beach represents a successful partnership of the work of Multiplex Living and NRA, where the goals were to blend the natural surroundings and create a distinctive resort development. Nestled on the Casuarina beachfront, the masterplan focused on maintaining natural areas for landscaping, pool and open spaces, while creating a stylish collection of 129 low-rise apartments. Sustainability and Eco-friendly design have been incorporated throughout the project to lower life cycle costs and enhance the commercial differentiation of the product offerings.
