Description

You will feel a million miles from anywhere and yet are conveniently located 10 minutes from the gorgeous little town of Murwillumbah, 15 minutes to Cabarita and Kingscliff & just 25 minutes to Coolangatta Airport. Only a 30 min drive to Mt Warning and other incredible bush walks its the perfect place to stay to get the best of both worlds.

If music festivals are your thing we are located 20 minutes from Splendour in the Grass & 30 min from Byron Bay Bluesfest. Close to World Heritage Mt Warning National park, Art Gallery, Tweed white sand beaches, Gold Coast 20 min, Byron Bay 30 min.

This 2 bedroom Cabin include comfortable modern furnishings, indoor wood fireplaces, open plan living areas with lots of natural light, modern bathrooms & kitchens and even Wi-Fi. The properties can be booked together for group bookings or separately, ( enquire for pricing if you wish to book both together, listing price is for house only) The property has plenty of room for groups and you can bring your own tents if you like as there is an outdoor kitchen and bathroom area for campers.

The property is pet friendly for responsible pet owners who don’t allow their pets to attack wildlife or roam onto other properties.

There is a Natural spring fed dam surrounded by lush tropical and Australian native trees amongst the hillsides. The property has walking tracks with signs to allow you to navigate around it with ease. If you love to immerse yourself in nature, this property has it at your doorstep. With plenty of wildlife to spot such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, ducks, kookaburras, cockatoos and if you’re lucky you may even spot a Koala. If you do like to go exploring please ensure you have suitable footwear as the landscape is not flat and can be slippery in some areas during the wet seasons.

We also ask parents to supervise and keep an eye on young children to ensure they do not venture off on their own. This is a large property with native animals, inclines and a dam and is not safe for unsupervised children to venture past the immediate accommodation areas unsupervised.
Scattered with citrus trees, grape vines and an avocado plantation the assortment of trees and plants are immense throughout the property.

There is also an outdoor undercover kitchen area that has been tailored to be used day and/or night for those who love to get the most of the outdoors.

It includes a large BBQ kitchenette and rotisserie, built in wood fire for keeping you warm in the evenings or during the cooler months, while you sit around a bottle of wine with friends and family and cook up a storm on the BBQ. Remember to bring some wood with you if you want to make use of the indoor and outdoor fires. This is a great entertaining area and very popular with guests. The outdoor area also has a separate bathroom with toilet and shower
There are window and door screens however I do recommend bringing your own bushman’s or mozie repellent if you need extra protection.
