Casuarina Cabana is a spaciously renovated 3 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom family beach house, this thoughtfully furnished home provides ample living spaces for up to 8 guests to relax, enjoy and even entertain.

The open plan living areas provide functionality and ease of living for larger families and there are games, toys and beach necessities all included in the home to keep the whole family occupied.

The air-conditioned living areas open out to a spacious undercover deck which has been comfortably furnished for outdoor dining for up to 8 people. There is an inviting outdoor lounge area for you to put your feet up and enjoy your favorite beverage while you listen to the sound of the ocean. The outdoor areas are very private and have ease of flow with the indoor living spaces.

The large gourmet style kitchen is perfect for entertaining and comes fully equipped with top of the line appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, coffee machine and free coffee pods.

The living area also includes an office space for the business traveler or for those who just like a separate space to connect up and access your devices.

Guests can enjoy the use of free unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV for access to Netflix/Stan, portable music player, BBQ, Beach necessities – toys, chairs, carry baskets and picnic blankets etc.

The property has a double lockup garage and driveway parking, which ensures ample onsite parking as well as extra street front parking.

The master Bedroom includes ensuite bathroom and private deck with a seating area. The bedroom is complete with TV and ceiling fan, and all bedrooms include luxurious feather pillows and crisp fresh linen to ensure a comfy night sleep.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe complete with children’s toys.

The main bathroom includes separate deep soaking bath and spacious walk in shower. Access to the bathrooms can also be gained from the southern side of the house for those who wish to head straight to the shower after a day at the beach.

Casuarina also has its own shopping precinct which is only 2km north of Casuarina Cabana and Kingscliff is only a short 10 min drive. There is a floodlit boardwalk along the beachfront so whether you walk, jog or cycle this is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.

The Cabarita headland is a stunning spot and popular with those who love to surf, swim or photograph the perfect location.
